![]() ![]() Recently Carnival has been giving the top 2 scorers in that final round an entry into one of their Ultimate Slot Tournaments. The top scorer in that final round wins-usually $500. Those top 8 or so players at the end of the tournament play in one final round. ![]() The number of names kept on the leader board is determined by the number of slot machines being used in the tournament (usually about 8 or so). The top point scorers during the tournament time of about 2 1/2 hours get their names put on the leader board. You simply hit the button over and over until time runs out. You play for a set amount of time which can vary by ship, but usually 3 to 5 minutes. When your round comes up, you sit at the machine you signed up for on that sign-up sheet. You sign up to play on the sign-up sheet to pick your round-rounds usually run from noon until about 2 PM. You purchase a $25 entry at the casino cage and they give you a slot tournament entry card. So I know in a slot tournament you press the "spin" button as fast as you can but what qualifies you to win? Do you start out with a certain amount of credits? I guess I want to know how exactly it works and how you would win?
